“We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at this property. It is in a gated community at the top of the mountain, with a private community swimming pool and Lake Tahoe within a short walking distance. There are also many hiking trails within walking distance. The home itself was very clean and in excellent condition. It was decorated and finished with many high-end touches, above the quality of your typical vacation rental property. The combined living room / kitchen area on the main floor is very large and conducive to keeping the family together, even during meal preparation. There are 3 nice-sized bedrooms upstairs, with the master having a very large bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms sharing a bathroom. There is a 3rd full bathroom on the lower level. Light switches throughout the house were clearly marked, which was a nice touch. Also, all the disposable supplies that you worry about having when you arrive (paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.) were in good supply - we didn’t have to make a run to the convenience store for anything. The property owner was very prompt and courteous about answering our questions and communicating with us prior to our arrival. She provided a way to contact her during our stay, but I was appreciative that she did not ‘check in’ with us or drop by the property during our visit, as has happened with other properties I have rented. It really felt like the property belonged to us! To others that might be considering a summer vacation to this ski resort area, I would just say that there are plenty of summer-time activities to keep you and your family busy. Overall, I rate this property 5-stars and would highly recommend it to others.”

I have been skiing at 7 springs for over 30 years and recently have been taking the opportunity to rent properties to experience the mountain more with my family, and I have to say this property was the best we have had! We have been the summer event renter, the entire season renter, the winter renter and the holiday weekend renter and everything in-between and from start to finish Barb and this location exceeded all of our expectations. From the very competitive cost to the ease of a late check out we couldn’t be happier. The weekend started rough with a significant wind storm that interrupted power for a few hours and internet for a few more but before I could even mention a word Barb was already working on making sure we were ok and offered any assistance we may have needed during this untimely event that was out of anyone’s control. When the power came back on the enjoyable weekend continued with great success. From the top... Barb provided us with very detailed and informed welcome letter. Our arrival was greeted with very clean spacious well decorated property. Entryway was the talk of the town with plenty of space for shoes and sturdy coat hooks. The counter space and spotless refrigerator housed ALL of our food for two families+. Excellent use of space in the living, dining, kitchen area gave the feeling of “cozy” and “warm” as described by my wife and other family. The kids rapidly deployed themselves to the bedrooms to pick the “best” bed but to their surprise every bed was great. The linen quality was far superior to other rentals we have stayed in before. Bathroom size and availability made it very easy to host my teenager and her friends for this birthday weekend. As they got caught up in the oversized bunk beds my wife and I took claim to the master bedroom that had luxurious king bed over looking the 7Springs Valley. We had other property owners over for cake and ice cream and they all agreed we have struck a gold mine of a property noting the “sturdy high quality furniture” and saying “it’s so well laid out” maximizing the space while keeping the feeling of “home.” As advertised the kitchen was well stocked with really good clean pots and pans not a collection of flea market hand-me- downs. We cranked out a few meals that fed 12+ without running out of pots and pans. I could go on but I only have 125 Characters remaining so I need to make sure I extend another shout out to Barb who was on point entire weekend! Thank you.”

“This condo is perfect. Clean, comfortable, well-equippped, and in an unbeatable location. The ski slope is only a few feet from the backdoor. We didn’t move our car the entire time we were there because you could ski, chairlift, and shuttle everywhere you needed to go. It’s a great place to get away with friends for a few days of skiing, warming up in the hot tub, and hanging out by the fireplace.”
