In our 20 years of experience in operating hundreds of units we have done thousands of tenant turnovers. We have found that using our standard paint scheme, flooring, and other materials on these turnovers result in many benefits. Future turnovers are quicker, lower cost, and typically pay back in a 2-tenant cycle. In 12 years of using our standard flooring, we have yet to have to replace it – even with heavy use by a tenant! Imagine never having to continually replace carpet as part of your turnover.
