Please note: This condo is a true ski-in/ski-out which means you have immediate trail access right out the back door and that they also have snow-making capabilities which is at the discretion of the resort. The best thing to do is access the 7 Springs website at www.7springs.com for up-to-date ski conditions. At the top of the website you will see SKI & RIDE, click on that and there is a section that says "SLOPES & TRAILS". There you will find an amazing and informative map of the trails. Put your cursor over the map and it enlarges for clear viewing - or there is a download option too. This condo is in the SUNRIDGE COMMUNITY which you will find on the far left of the map. It is right on the VILLAGE TRAIL which is marked in green #1. Green signifies "easy" trail. At the bottom of the trail it takes you right to the AVALANCHE triple chairlift. Plus the map will show you other lifts and trails too.
