Originally founded the company with the purchase of several small apartment buildings approximately 18 years ago and has expanded the firm's real estate asset base with the tremendous help along the way of a truly amazing staff that has grown to a total of 12 people that are responsible for all day to day property operations and sourcing and analyzing new transactions. The company currently has in excess of $20 million in primarily residential real estate assets it owns and operates as well as has expanded into a wide range of real estate services to include property management and development.
Kim Syam - Business Manager. Responsible for staff oversight, day to day operations, accounting, and other financial functions.
Andrea Grimm - Marketing Manager/Closing Coordinator. Responsible for all marketing efforts and assists with closing process.
Julie Hazard - Maintenance Manager/Coordinator. Responsible for day to day coordination of all service and/or maintenance requests and day to day operations of the firm's portfolio of properties

Charles "Chuck" Spencer - Senior Affiliate Partner, Acquisitions. Evaluates potential acquisitions and designs custom transaction structures.
Ryan Zelaski - Director of Mid-Atlantic Operations. Responsible for all acquisitions and leasing activities within the broader Washington, D.C. and surrounding markets.
