We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

- Marketing preferences. Opt out of promotional emails via the link in any message. Operational notices (e.g., receipts, maintenance alerts) will continue.
- SMS choices. See Section 11 for STOP/HELP instructions and disclosures.
- Access, correction, deletion, portability, and restriction. You may have rights under privacy laws in your jurisdiction. We will verify requests and respond as required.
- State notices. Residents of certain U.S. states (e.g., CA, CO, CT, VA) may have additional rights, including the right to opt out of certain processing. We do not “sell” mobile numbers or share SMS consent for third‑party marketing.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended for children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If we learn we have collected such information, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9. International Transfers
Information may be processed in the United States or other locations with appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

Opt‑In: By providing your number and consenting on a form or portal, by texting us first, or by checking an SMS consent box in a service provider flow.
Opt‑Out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time.

Frequency: Message frequency may vary.
Charges: Message & data rates may apply.
Privacy: We do not share SMS consent or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates. SMS consent may be processed by service providers solely to deliver our messages under our instructions.
