Within walking distance is the free pristine outdoor pool with plenty of lounging chairs for your utmost relaxation. Free 24 hour shuttle service is included just a few steps from the front door. A plethora of year round outdoor activities make this the perfect family vacation get-away for any time of the year! Though not "officially ski-in", it can be done when the conditions are snowy and right.

The first floor consists of an airy and wide open floor plan with lots of living space. Central is the pristine, fully equipped gourmet kitchen which includes a breakfast bar and has lots of cabinet and pantry space. Enjoy the Starbuck's coffee provided for our guests! All of your cooking and dining essentials are provided, as well as just about every other conceivable cooking, baking and cutlery item can be found in this amazing kitchen including a blender and crockpot. You'll even find a spice rack with your basic spices as well as salt and pepper grinders. All you need to bring is the food!

Step right off the kitchen into the super comfy living room area where your family can gather for warmth around the natural gas fireplace surrounded by gorgeous stone facing and cozy inset lighting. No need to worry about the little ones near the fire because it is protected by glass and even has a blower to circulate the warm air. Relax into the exquisite comfort of the authentic leather furniture to watch one of hundreds of DVD movies provided on a 48" screen tv. Also right off the kitchen is a nice size dining area with a large dining room table that seats up to 8 people, with 3 additional seats at the breakfast island. From the dining area you can step right outside onto a large deck with an amazing mountain-top view. Relax at the wrought iron table and chairs as you immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the mountain air, trees, flowers, birds and crickets that surround you. On the deck is a gas grill for you to fire up as an option for your dining preferences. Also included on the first floor living area is a convenient half bath and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

In the beautifully appointed upstairs sleeping area you will find 4 Bedrooms and 3 Full Baths. The Master Bedroom features an incredibly comfortable King Size Bed with an attached Master Bath/Shower. A towel warmer is there so you can pamper and warm yourself after a glorious day of skiing. The second guest bedroom sports a comfy queen size bed with an attached Full Bathroom. The third guest bedroom has a queen size bed. The fourth guest bedroom is a haven for kids with a bunk bed that sleeps 6 - it's a full mattress over a full mattress over a full pull-out trundle. These two bedrooms share a spacious family size bathroom with a 2-person (or multiple children) whirlpool tub with air jets for a deep massage and/or soak. After a chilly day on the slopes, what could be more luxurious than a towel warmer also in the Family Bathroom! All of the Bedrooms (except the children's room) have a tv with cable.

The entryway provides a great space for removing snowy and wet outer gear, plus the perfect accommodations to store boots, helmets, gloves, hats, etc. Also, conveniently located right outside the front door is a storage closet for skis and snowboards so the equipment does not have to be brought indoors. With prior notification we also can provide free additional outdoor storage across from the condo for bikes, snowmobile, jet skis, motorcycle, 4 Wheeler, Kayaks, small boats, etc. Please contact us if you would like to use this additional space so that we can be sure to provide you with the access information and dimensions, as space is limited.
